Where we are

Carter's Collections is an independent boutique based in Austin, Texas, U.S.A. We ship from our Austin location to all 50 U.S. states and worldwide. We currently operate online only — no walk-in storefront at this time.

Response times

  • Weekdays: Replies within 1 business day, usually same day if before 4 PM CT.
  • Weekends & holidays: We'll get back to you the next business day.
  • Order-critical issues (damaged shipment, wrong item, missing delivery): flagged and handled first thing each morning.
