Where we ship

Carter's Collections ships worldwide from our boutique in Austin, Texas. U.S. orders ship free with no minimum. International orders ship free over $299, or a flat $29 below that threshold. We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Colombia, Indonesia, and the European Union (including Poland).

How fast

  • U.S. orders: Processed within 1 business day. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
  • International orders: Processed within 1–2 business days. Arrive in 7–21 business days via tracked international mail, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Free shipping thresholds

  • United States: Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum.
  • International: Free shipping on orders over $299 (based on item subtotal). Below that, a flat $29 fee applies at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery. These fees are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in the order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Refusing a package to avoid customs charges does not qualify for a refund of the original shipping fee.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days (U.S.) or 21+ days (international), email support@carterscollections.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. We replace or refund any package confirmed lost in transit.

Wrong address

We use the shipping address you provide at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll email you to arrange reshipment (customer covers the second shipping fee).
