Agreement
By accessing or using carterscollections.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Carter's Collections reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Authenticity guarantee
Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced through authorized channels. We are not affiliated with the trademark holders of the brands we sell — we are an independent boutique offering authentic products at boutique prices. All brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Pricing and product information
We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions, and images. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Product images are representative; minor variations in packaging may occur between batches from the manufacturer.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, address errors, or items priced incorrectly. If we cancel, you receive a full refund immediately.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
Promo codes
Promotional codes (such as 10OFF) are valid for the dates and conditions stated at issue. We reserve the right to revoke codes used in bad faith or violation of the stated terms. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
- Resell products in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site
- Harass our staff or other customers
Intellectual property
All site content — text, photography, design, code, and the Carter's Collections name and logo — is owned by Carter's Collections or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Carter's Collections' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
